Watching Rudy Giulani, I get the sense that he (like G.W. Bush) represents and reflects 09/11.
I believe if Rudy Giulani is elected our next President we get four more years of alienating the rest of the world. For the moment, we are treating everyone, and every thing, like they are Al Qaeda.
We are stuck in a frenzied reactive 09/11 mode.
Watching Hilary Clinton, I am hopeful that if she is elected, we will have the people in place (Hilary and Bill) who will unite us around a common purpose; not a common enemy. They represent 09/12.
We need to be about 09/12; the 4th of July; a standard of excellence with doors flung wide welcoming innovation; and, a beacon of shining hope for the rest of the world.
If we reflect and represent our Founding Fathers (who in turn would have us reflect “Him”) every day, we inspire everyone around us.
I know Hilary can’t save the world. But, she will improve Health Care and the country’s flagging infrastructure.
Peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.

Consider Crimes Against Logic, by Jamie Whyte.
According to Mr. Whyte, the only method of disproof is systematic and exhaustive elimination. This seems fair to me. And, this is what we are taught in philosophy class (at least it was at Radford University from 1980 to 1984).
Those that BELIEVE the Holy Bible is an end all answer, and proof of both God – and, Jesus as a savior, think this is all they need. Logic is not part of the (their?) equation. So, The only logical and scientific statement about the origin of our universe, and ourselves, is that “We don’t know.” But, so many of us seem to WANT to know.
I certainly want to know.
In our lives, we may believe one thing or another; most of us modify what we believe at least occasionally. However, our beliefs are the transient paint coating the architecture that is human knowledge. But, we keep looking for God. We are always hopeful if not desperate.
So, it’s the search that intrigues me. Christians call this “seeking”. I believe its our utilization of tools (including discernment) that God has given us to seek him out.
Peace be to my Brothers and Sisters.
